KAIYO

Kaiyo is an online marketplace for pre-owned furniture committed to great design and a more sustainable planet. Users can buy or sell furniture on Kaiyo and receive white-glove service for delivered items and items submitted for selling.

My role as at Kaiyo included design of all marketing assets including social, email, and OOH. I also played a big role in the product design for continual site improvements. I provided new visual design for the homepage, navigation and filters, product pages, and submission flow.

Enhance mobile user experience, emphasize key product details, and optimize cross-selling.

Good success all around—achieving a notable 6% reduction in bounce rate indicates improved user engagement.


Additionally, the 2% increase in the add-to-cart rate demonstrates enhanced user interaction with the products.


Most impressively, the 24% increase in page value highlights the positive impact on overall user satisfaction and conversion.
These outcomes are a testament to the effective execution of strategies aimed at refining the user journey and elevating the value of the product pages.
